Assist Real Estate Team and Operations Professional with various transactional & administrative tasks
Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines
Prepare spreadsheets as required
Establish and maintain comprehensive files and databases to include historical data and current activities
Perform general office duties, such as faxing, and mailing various types of information.
Carrying out special projects as needed
Assist in transaction management throughout the approval process from LOI to execution and billing
Create and maintain data records for client and property purposes
Organize and participate in regularly scheduled client team meetings and/or calls to review activity on transactions and properties
Research and data assemblage
Great problem solving skills and ability to Multi-Task
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills
Real Estate Sales Person’s license not required, but beneficial Can also be working towards acquiring license.
Real Estate background a plus
Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research skills.
